Funeral services for Robert “Bob” C. Fazende, Sr., age 82 of  Picayune, MS, who passed away Thursday, September 24, 2015, will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at New Palestine Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 30, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at New Palestine Baptist Church.
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Bro. Arlis Grice will officiate the service, assisted by Bro. Phil Pearson.
A native of New Orleans, LA, he was a retired mechanic foreman with the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fernand L. Fazende and Mary McCann Fazende; his wife, Doris Fazende; his grandson, Keith Knight; and his brothers, Lawrence “Larry” Fazende, Louis Fazende, and David Fazende.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Robert Charles (Marie) Fazende, Jr. and Donald Edward Fazende; 4 grandchildren, Chris, Jason, Kimberly, and Cari; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and his sister, Lydia (Howard) Mendelson.
