Funeral services for Joycielyn Gabriella Nameth, age 64 of  Carriere, MS, who passed away Friday, September 11, 2015, will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 15, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Bro. Braque Cutrer will officiate the service.
A native of Picayune, MS, she was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Picayune. Joy’s grandchildren were the highlight of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Lamar Asher and Annice Bennett Asher; her sisters and brother, Dorothy Rigby, Terry Asher, Maisie Asher, and LeAnnice Asher.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 46 years, Phillip Louis Nameth; her sons, Phillip Joseph Nameth, and Mark Gabriel (Monica) Nameth; her 3 grandchildren, Angelina Nameth, Hailee Nameth, and Hayden Nameth; and her brothers, J.L. Asher, and Richard Lavern (Carolyn) Asher.
