Mr. Burge was born December 17, 1959 in Greenville, Mississippi. He was a gas pipeline measurement specialist.
Family members include three children, Brooke Burge Johnston (Ricky), Bryan Burge (Amanda), Kayla Burge; parents, James C. Burge, Sr. (Marie), Grace Swilley Woolbright; three grandchildren, Cody, Adelynn, and Braxton Burge.
