Albert W. Gauley, Jr. 77, a lifelong resident of Slidell passed away peacefully with his loved ones at his side on September 25, 2015.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Albert & Lilly Gauley, Sr., Brothers David (BB), Samuel (Buddy), Ed Gauley; Sister Linda (Sissy) Bums; Son Jesse Edwards.
He is survived by his wife Effie Gauley; Children: Helen Ruth Watkins, James Albert (Jimmy) Gauley, Cindy Ann Arnold, Vann Edwards, Minnie Johns, Joe Edwards, Oscar Edwards, and Robin Edwards Parker. His brother Howard; Sisters Zuma Crawford, Nancy Sance and Trudy Gauley
He will be missed dearly by his 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Honaker Funeral Home starting at 10:00  a.m. followed by a graveside service at Greenwood Cemetery in Old Town Slidell.
