Mass for Christian burial for Elizabeth (Betty) Burk Litchliter, age 94 of  Picayune, MS, who passed away
Tuesday, September 15, 2015, will be held Friday, September 18, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Visitation will be Friday, September 18, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church .
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Father John Noone will officiate the service.
A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, she was a title clerk and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Richard Burk and Gwendolyn Moore Burk; her husband, Fred Litchliter; 5 siblings; and her grandsons, Christopher Doyle Lee and Brian David Litchliter.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Fred F. (Grace) Litchliter, III, Billy (Pat) Litchliter, Mary (Leslie) Bounds, David (Gail) Litchliter, Marian (Jon) Byrd, Gwen (Steve) Snider, Lili (Mickey) Walker, and Tommy Litchliter; 16 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
