Funeral Services for Patricia P. Witt, age 71, of Carriere, MS, who passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015, will be held Monday, June 29, 2015, at 3:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be Monday, June 29, 2015 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Carriere Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Bro. Cedric Lumpkin will officiate the service.
A native of Picayune, MS, she was a Sales Associate and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Pat loved living in the country and enjoyed caring for all of God’s creatures. She took in strays all of her life and cared for them making them feel loved and cherished.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Patch and Annie Thigpen Patch; brothers, Cecil Doyle Patch and Robert Patch; sister, Gail Evans.
Survivors include her devoted and loving husband of 46 wonderful years, James B. Witt; daughter, Karen Witt Johnson and husband Timothy; granddaughter, Jenna Brooke Johnson; grandson, Jesse Cole Johnson; sister, Eleanor Patch Boudreaux; four nieces and four nephews.
