Funeral services honoring the life of Angela Zmek Lafrance, 47, will be held at 10 a.m., June 12, 2015 at Centuries Funeral Home in Shreveport, La. Burial will follow. Angela was born in Shreveport, La. on March 9, 1968 to Linda T. Porter and Don Zmek and passed away on June 8, 2015. She was a member of Resurrection Life Ministries church. She was a beloved mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, teacher, and friend that will be truly missed.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Chad Lafrance; sons Anthony Zmek, Triston Lafrance, Chad Lafrance Jr. and Daniel Johnson; daughters Jessica Carver Johnson, Trisaty Lafrance and Trinity Lafrance; one grand-daughter Paisley Johnson and sisters Donna Watts and Sharron Johnson.
