Funeral services for Tommie Jean Dossett, age 84 of Carriere, MS, who passed away Friday, May 1, 2015, will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Varnado Family Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Mike Phillips and Bro. Ronald Bear will officiate the service.

A native of Carriere, MS, she was a homemaker and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Claude Dossett; parents, Wesley Lee and Ophelia Lee; three sons, Infant Baby Boy Dossett; brothers, Carl Lee,  Ted Lee, H.W. Lee. Survivors include her children, Annette F. Nicholay and husband Jack, William E. Dossett and wife Pam, Mark W. Dossett, Anthony “Tony” M. Dossett and wife Tammy, Jonathan E. Dossett and wife Angela; grandchildren, Thomas J. Dossett, Jesse Dossett and wife Carol Leigh, Wallace “Lane” Dossett and wife Kandy, Clint Dossett and wife Kim, Heather Purvis and husband Eddie, Hannah Dossett, Kailey Dossett; great grandchildren, Austin Champagne, Will Dossett, Lyla Purvis, Jacob Purvis, Hailey Duncan, Emma Dossett and Abby Cait Dossett; sisters, Nina Burge, Mary Grace Goode; and sister in law, Martha Lee.
