–– The 2015-2016 student handbook.
–– Termination of copier service agreement with RJ Young.
–– A change in payment of student meals. Food Service Director Gwen Seal said parents now have the option of paying for their child’s lunches online, which will be directly deposited into the student’s account. Parents can pay with a debit card, credit card or with a PayPal account, Seal said. The funds take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours to appear on the account. The cost per transaction is $1.95, no matter how many students are in the household, Seal said. Funds up to $120 may be deposited into the account at a time. This service is provided at no cost to the district, Seal said.
–– The increase in the cost of lunch, which reflects the USDA reimbursement rate. The cost of lunch next year will be $2.75, Seal said.
–– The summer feeding program. Seal also added that she can furnish the lunch for a daytime vacation Bible school program. The lunch can be delivered at no cost to the church.
The board will meet again on June 8, at their office on Julia Street.
