Services for Mrs. Linda Dale Rivers-Hedgepeth will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2015 in the Chapel of Stephens Funeral Home of Union. Rev. Scott Engle and Rev. Justin Chaney will officiate with burial in Golden Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 5-8 at Stephens Funeral Home of Union.

Mrs. Linda Hedgepeth, 66 of Union, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 14, 2015.

Mrs. Hedgepeth took pride in serving with Stephens Funeral Home, alongside her husband, Brother Warren Hedgepeth, for many years, as well as being a school teacher. However, she is remembered most by her family as a Godly woman and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was passionate in loving and serving the Lord and loving and caring for her husband, children and grandchildren. She will always be missed and loved by those who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Warren Hedgepeth

Son: Robert Hedgepeth and wife Shauna of Hattiesburg, MS.

Daughter: Vickie Hedgepeth Robinson and husband, Brother Steve of Union, MS.

Son: George Hedgepeth and wife Jennifer of Union, MS.

Daughter: Janet Hedgepeth Green and husband Brian of Austin, TX.

Also, six grandchildren: Hannah Robinson, Madelyn Hedgepeth, Bailey Hedgepeth, Michael Hedgepeth, Owen Green and Landen Green

Parents were Mr. and Mrs. TS and Bell Rivers of Union, MS.

Brother: Terry Rivers and wife Margaret of Union, MS

She also left behind numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will include: Jack Foster, Joe Williams, Nathan Williams, Robin Williams, Greg Russell and Dale Yates. Paul Frink and Charles Green will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Stephens Funeral Home of Union is in charge of arrangements.
