Annie Merle Dunhurst, age 79, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Thursday, May 07, 2015.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 8, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Galloway officiating. Burial will be at New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.

Mrs. Dunhurst was a lifetime resident of Picayune, a homemaker, and a member of Central Baptist Church of McNeil.

She is survived by her husband Cleo D. Dunhurst of Kiln; two sons, Stanley O. Dunhurst and his wife Louise of Carriere, and William P. “Billy” Dunhurst and his wife Jeanetta of Picayune; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Nannie Smith; and one sister, Kathren Smith.
