Funeral services for Offie B. Simmons IV, age 28 of Columbia, MS, formerly of Picayune, MS and Slidell, LA, who passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015, will be held Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 29, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in George Ford Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Marcus Shoemake will officiate the service.

A native of Slidell, LA, he was a galley hand for Premiere Offshore Catering.

He was preceded in death by his father, Offie B. Simmons III; his son, Offie (B.J.) Simmons V; his grandmother, Gladys Billiot; and his grandmother, Marion Savoie.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Elizabeth Hogue Penton and husband William; his sons and daughter, Dustin Simmons, Cameron Simmons, Alyson Cook, Offie B. Simmons VI; his fiance’, Kayla Cook; his sisters, Savannah Penton, Kimberly Simmons, and Jessica Simmons; and his grandfather, Lee Fugler.
