The Poplarville Police Department is investigating a burglary that took place at the M&M Storage Facility on Highway 26 West in Poplarville on Nov. 16.

Police have released a video from the storage facility’s surveillance system that shows two pick-up trucks pulling up to the mini-storage with a black trailer in tow. The drivers can be seen on camera exiting the vehicles, and the police are asking for help identifying those involved. Pictures and videos of the incident can be found on the Poplarville Police Department’s Facebook page.

Poplarville Police Captain Jimmy Steinkamp said that seven storage sheds were broken into with at least $3,000 worth of tools stolen from one of the units. The storage facility has notified the owners of the affected units, but only two of the owners have come forward to speak with police so far, said Steinkamp.
