Dorris “Cecelia” Ladner, age 70, of Perkinston, Mississippi passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Old Place Cemetery, 28025 Oak Ridge Dr., Perkinston, MS, under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ladner was a lifetime resident of Hancock County and a member of Lee’s Chapel #2.

She is survived by son, Clinton “Grandy” Ladner and his wife Rhonda of Senatobia; daughters, Brandi Weir and her husband Ryan of Carriere, and Mandi Lee and her husband Eric of Perkinston; brother, Harold Smith of Poplarville; sisters, Ruth Mallet of Poplarville, Maxine Pittman of Bogalusa, Louisiana, Diana Nelson of Thaxton, and Robbie Davis of Carriere; grandchildren, Clint Ladner, Breanna Clayton and husband Taylor, Cody Ladner, Brennen Lee, Jacob Weir, and Jordon Weir; great-grandchildren, Jayli Clayton, and Adali Clayton.

She is preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Juanita Smith; husband, Clinton B. Ladner; and brothers, Gary Smith, and Dale Smith.
