Funeral Services for Phyllis Moffat White, 83, of Carriere, Miss., who passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2014, will be held Saturday, September 27, 2014, at 11 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 27, 2014 from 9:30 am until 11:00 am at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in West Union Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. Bud Putnam will officiate the service.

A native of Frazier, MI, she was a Homemaker and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother,  and friend who will be truly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray C. Moffat and Thelma Elam Moffat; and her brother, Donald R. Moffat.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Charles F. White; her children, Valerie Bogart and husband Gene, Warren White, and Wade White and wife Rene; her 6 grandchildren; and her 14 great grandchildren.
