Funeral Service will be held Sat. Sept. 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. in East Jerusalem Baptist Church for Rev. Louis Burton Sr. age 71 of Picayune, MS. who died Sept. 11, 2014 in Picyune, MS. Rev. Tommy J. Haralson wll officiate at the service, Rev. Brain Dees will assist. Burial will be in the Picayune Cemetery under the diretion o Baylous Funeral Home.  A native of Pearlington, MS. He was a retired truck driver, Graduated in 1961 from Valena C. Jones High School in Bay St. Louis, MS. a member of Amanda Chapel Baptist Church where he serve as Assistant Minister, he preach he last sermon Sept. 7, 2014, When I was a Child. He wa a Deacon and Choir Member. He was a great mechanic, loved helping people, loved his children and grandchildren,. Love to listern to WRJW Radio Station everyday. Suvivors included 2 sons Louis Burton Jr.of Slidell, LA.  Bernard(Stephanie) Burton of Hattiesburg, MS. 2 daughters Eunice Burton of Picayune, MS. Elizabeth (David) Barnes of Picayune, MS. 1 sister Shirley (lClarence) Acker of Pearlington, MS. 1 brother Joe ( Diane) Burton, of Pearlington, MS. 3 granddaugters, Farentina, Kadejah, Ashiyah, 7 grandsons, Nicholas, Christopher, Tremaine, Preston, Elijah, Uriah, Isaiah, 3 great grandchildren Sa’Nyrah, La’Corion, Kennice, preceded him in death wife Mrs. Alice Burton, 2 sons, parentsMr. and Mrs. Albert Burton and Isabella Harris Burton, 1 brother Rev. Samuel Burton, 1 sister Dorothy Lee. Visitation will be Sat Sept 20, 2014 from 10a until 11am in East Jerusalem Baptist Church under he direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
