The Hancock County Sheriff’s Department has found Bryan Ashley Hulse, Jr. after he disappeared Sunday night.
Hulse, 29, of Houma left his home around 4:15 p.m. Sunday and was spotted at 6:15 p.m. that night at the north gate of John C. Stennis Space Center, said Chief Deputy Don Bass.
Bass said security turned him away at the gate because he didn’t have clearance. After that Hulse disappeared.
Hulse was found naked about 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday inside of a high voltage breaker panel at a power substation at the intersection of Texas Flat and Flat Top Road, Bass said.
He said sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning, Hulse abandoned his car in the Stennis Space Center Buffer Zone, stripped off his clothes and made his way to the location where he was discovered.
Bass said when the sheriff’s department on Monday found Hulse’s car, they contacted Hulse’s wife, which is when the sheriff’s department discovered he left his house at around 4:15 p.m. on Sunday.
Methamphetamine was recovered from inside of Hulse’s vehicle, Bass said.
Hulse was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and trespassing and his bond was set at $20,100, Bass said.
