POLICE PROMOTION —Chase Richardson, left, is congratulated by Picayune Police Chief Bryan Dawsey on his recent promotion to patrol sergeant. In 2011, Richardson began his career at the department as a corrections officer and has worked his way up to sergeant in patrol division.
