A Narcotics Investigator with the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office saw a female engaged in what he believed to be a hand-to-hand transaction in a retail parking lot located in the 2300 block of U.S. Highway 11 North in Picayune, said Maj. Donnie Saucier.

The female, later identified as Tabitha Omeara, 21, of #6 Watts Rd., made what was believed to be a hand-to-hand transaction with Corey Allen Hinman, 21, of 4023 U.S. Hwy. 11N, Saucier said.
