Members of New Rebel Family band, below, debuted at the Fall Street Fair. The band recently won a radio contest and performed at the 2012 Voodoo Festival. At right,  The Picayune Exchange Club debuted its Chili Cookoff during the Street Fair and Picayune Rotary Club took home two of the three top awards including Best Presentation and People’s Choice.
