Negrotto, who moved to Tennessee from Pass Christian after Katrina, moved back to the Gulf Coast, but Carriere was the closest she wanted to get to the Gulf. She said since a little child she has been mesmerized by Halloween. At night the light display comes on, she said. Her displays in Tennessee attacted over 100 kids a night, she said.
