CITY HALL EXPANSION-Construction of the addition to Picayune’s historic city hall is in the phase that adds a bit of color, mostly white, to contrast the red brick. Once complete, the building will house the majority of city offices while allowing the building to meet standards so residents with disabilities to enter and exit easily.
