Disaster Recovery Centers in Pearl River County will have amended hours from here on out; they will be closed on Sundays.

That will cut each center’s hours down to six days instead of seven. Each center is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., according to a release from FEMA.

Residents who suffered flood or storm damage from Hurricane Isaac are encouraged to visit a DRC to apply for federal and state aid.

Picayune’s DRC is located at the National Guard Armory on U.S. Highway 11 near Friendship Park. Poplarville’s DRC is located at 403 S. Main St. at the Baker Maid Building.
