Left: Being a Gold Card student or scoring proficient or advanced on at least one of the state-mandated standardized tests, either the MCT2 or SATP2  for English II, Biology I, or Algebra I, allowed 333 PMHS students the opportunity to attend Gulf Islands water park in Gulfport, on Friday, August 17th. Gold Card holders are students who have all A’s at the end of a grading period, fewer than five absences including early dismissals and tardies, and no discipline referrals.  US History test scores have not arrived yet; however, these students in addition to members of the football team who were unable to attend this field trip will also soon be rewarded for their academic success.
