A traffic signal set by MDOT at the Wal-Mart/Ridge Road exit onto Miss. Hwy. 43 has produced a traffic backup to the Exit 4 northbound off-ramp, causing gridlock at Exit 4 several times a day.  The quick light is encountered in the Miss.
