Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 11 a.m. in Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church for Mrs. Glin Hunter, 85, Picayune, Miss., who passed away August 6, 2012 in her home.

The Rev. Delbert Hall will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Picayune Cemetery, under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.

A native of Vossburg, Miss., she was one of Picayune business owner Glin’s Grocery, Seamtress, Cook. She was a member of the Eastern Star; H.B.A., Deaconess.

Survivors include: sisters: Gloria (Alonzo) Patrick, Lucy Preston, Jeanette Thompson, Mary (Earl) Fortenberry all of Picayune; Loletta (Fred) Peters, Juanita Hampton, both of New Orleans, La.; brothers: Robert Barnett of Flower Mound, Texas, Lee Harvey (Jeanette) Davis of Dyersburg, Tenn., Alvin Pittman Sr, of Picayune, and Willie J. Pittman of New Orleans; devoted daughter-in-law, Earline Hollins; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friend.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 11, 2012 10-11a.m. at Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church.
