Mass of Christian Burial for Rosemary E. “Mimi” Lagarde, 74, of Carriere, Miss., who passed away Friday, April 6, 2012 in Hattiesburg, Miss., will be held Monday, April 9, 2012, at 12 p.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church .

Visitation will be Monday, April 9, 2012 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Omaha, Neb., raised in New Orleans, she was a homemaker and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Mimi graduated high school from The Academy of Holy Angels, New Orleans, La. She lived in Carriere since 1985. Mimi was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be truly missed.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Daniel J. Ederer and Mary Dillon Ederer; and her brother, Daniel J. Ederer.

Survivors include: her husband of 51 years, Donald Francis Lagarde; her children: Juliana Marengo and husband Britt, Matthew Lagarde and wife Lacy, and Don Paul Lagarde and wife Tina; her grandchildren: Lesli Marengo, Ross Marengo, Luc Lagarde, Peyton Lagarde, and Jack Lagarde; and her brother, Larry Ederer.
