Armond and Betty Morales at Christian Life
Christian Life Assembly of God, 1015 Highway 43 North in Picayune, will host Armond and Bonnie Morales, Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 6 p.m.
Armond Morales is known from the years he spent as the bass vocalist in The Imperial’s original quartet. His unique sound is still being used today— all for the glory of the Lord!
Armond’s ministry remains strong, with a dedicated heart toward healing and encouragement with Jesus as the focus. Armond has seen thousands of lives saved, changed and delivered through the power of the Holy Spirit. And his desire is to win the prize “lost souls to Christ” using all the talents God has entrusted to him.
Partnering with Armond in his current ministry, is his wife, Bonnie Morales. Bonnie traveled with The Imperials for over 13 years, being a strong spiritual support and praying with many people for salvation and healing. She finds great joy in sharing her miracle healing testimony with the hope of encouraging others to stand in faith believing God for their needs. Together, Armond and Bonnie form an outstanding couple who have learned to wholly trust in God for almost every imaginable situation life can present, and with the comfort and strength He has imparted to them, continue to minister victorious life to others.
Morales won many awards and traveled internationally with The Imperials including: 4 Grammy Awards, 13 Dove Awards , and a 1998 induction into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. He has performed with renowned artists such as Jimmy Dean, Elvis Presley, Carol Channing and Pat Boone. Morales recorded 42 albums with The Imperials, traveled to 22 countries, and enjoyed frequent national television appearances.
Regardless of these attainments and significant events, Armond and Bonnie affirm that the greatest reward in their lives is seeing people moved by the presence of the Holy Spirit, and, as they have many times, seeing lives literally changed by His power.
Christian Life Assembly of God invites everyone to come hear Armond and Bonnie Morales. The program will be held in the church sanctuary.
