High winds kick up dust at the McNeill Truck Stop on Wednesday, and that’s not the only thing going up. Diesel topped $4 per gallon this week, and regular gasoline was only 12 cents away from hitting $4. The McNeill Truck Stop is located at Exit 15 on I-59.
