Firemen’s Federal Credit Union offers $1,000 Education Scholarship

Firemen’s Federal Credit Union will provide one of its student members in the community of Picayune, the opportunity to be awarded a $1000 grant for tuition made payable to the school of their choice for the next school year though the “Reaching New Heights Education Grant Program.” The program is designed to encourage young credit union members to work toward being the leaders of tomorrow.
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Belong to Firemen’s Federal Credit Union; be a full time high school senior or college freshman at the time of application submission; submit a copy of high school or college transcripts with class rank and/or grade point average; submit two letters of recommendation (one must be from a teacher or school administrator); answer essay questions found on the application and turn in completed application. March 31st is the deadline to submit an application.
