The Greater Picayune Arts Council’s (GPAC) Open House last Thursday was a big success.

The Open House showcased local artists and had members from many local guilds and the Pearl River County Arts League in attendance.

 GPAC President Carolyn Terry said, “I just want to say ‘thank you’ to all of those that worked so hard to make GPAC’S Open House last Thursday such a huge success. The turn out was way beyond expectations. Everyone had a great time, including Lynne Barze who joined our famous entertainer, Barbara Lane, in singing many old favorites.

“The food, entertainment, art and fellowship was wonderful! Also, a special thanks goes to everyone who attended in support of GPAC, including our City Manager, Jim Luke.”
