A Mississippi Public Service Commission member says the commission has fined two corporations $30,000 each for violating the Mississippi No call Law.

Southern District Commissioner Leonard Bentz said in a news release Thursday that the fines were assessed against True West Media LLC and More Mileage, LLC, both of Scottsdale, Ariz.

Both solicitors are prohibited from making any calls as telephone solicitors until the penalties have been paid in full, they have registered as telephone solicitors and have purchased the Do Not Call List. Bentz said the companies did not respond to complaints from the commission.
