David Smith played a few compact discs at the Welcome Center on Tuesday, but he also showed off some Elvis Presley “discs,” such as this 33 rpm album he’s holding here. The I-59 Welcome Center is promoting tourism in Mississippi with numerous events this week, with several scheduled for today.
