Pistols ‘N’ Petticoats celebrate 30 years

The Pistols ‘N’ Petticoats Square Dance Club of Picayune, Miss., pictured above, will celebrate their 30th Anniversary Dance, on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the First Methodist Church, Pittman Life Center, 498  North Haugh Ave. The callers for the evenings festivities will feature club call/instructor, Harold Markham; guest caller, Tony Di’George; and round dance cuer, Billy Gabler.

The dance will be dedicated to the clubs alumni and devoted friends, in gratitude for many years of fun, loyalty, support and success.

If you are not a square dancer we invite you to please come join us and try it. We highly recommend and emphasize the social, physical, and mental benefits of square dancing, by showing the fun and fellowship that makes square dancing such a popular recreation today.
