Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 11 p.m. in the Union Baptist Church for Dorothy Marie Stewart, 66, of Picayune, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg due to a reoccurrence of Lymphoma and Cancer of the Liver. Friends will be pleased to hear that she did not suffer any pain or anguish.

Burial will be in Casesar Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

The Rev. G.A. McCoy will officiate at the service.

A native of Caesar, Miss., she was a member of Union Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil B. Stewart and L. Maxine Stapleton Stewart.

Survivors include: two brothers, Fred E. Stewart, and his wife Jasmine, of Picayune, and Al Bennett Stewart, and his wife Karma, of Okla. Dorothy had several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews whom she loved very much.

Visitation will be Friday, February 25, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home.
