There is a field full of Black Angus cattle near where five-year-old Sy Devin Harbeson attends preschool in Northern Hancock County, and one morning he wanted to get a closer look at two of them as they drank water. When he got as close to them as the fence would allow, he put his hands on his hips as if to say, “What are you guys doing?” The cow on the right replied, “Mooo!” The early morning fog and mist had not yet disappeared as the day for the cattle, and youngster began.
