Elma Shoemake

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Richton for Mrs. Elma Shoemake, 87, of Tupelo, who passed away January 8, 2011, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Ovett.
Mrs. Shoemake was a homemaker and a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Picayune.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Harvey Shoemake; parents, Harvey and Mary Clark; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Shoemake of Tupelo, Harvey Shoemake and William D. Shoemake, both of Picayune, and Tommy Shoemake of Yellville, Ark.; her daughter, Margie Nell McGill of Petal; a sister, Francis Miller; and a brother, Buck Clark. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and a host of great-great grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Shoemake will be from 12-2 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Richton.
