BRIDGE NEARLY READY — Mississippi Department of Transportation workers were wrapping up months of work that added break down lanes to the Interstate 59 bridge, which at times brought about lane closures on Memorial Boulevard below. Now both lanes will be open for the busy holiday shopping season.
