Three storms heat up tropics

TROPICAL WEATHER — Hurricane Igor was at 19.8N, 55.0W at 10 a.m. CDT Wednesday with winds of 135 mph moving  west-northwest at 7 mph. Hurricane Julia was at 18.2N, 30.7W at 10 p.m. Wednesday with winds of 35 mph and strengthening as it moves northwest at 15 mph.  Tropical Storm Karl was at 18.6N, 88.2W over the Yucatan Peninsula and was moving west at 14 mph at 10 a.m. with winds of 60 mph and expected to weaken before moving out into the Gulf of Mexico were it may become a hurricane before going ashore again in Mexico.
