Johnny Roy Ellis, 46, of Picayune passed away Friday, June 25, 2010 at Highland Community Hospital.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, June 28 at 10 a.m. at New Palestine Cemetery, with Bro. Danny Johnson officiating.

Johnny, a lifelong resident of the Picayune area, was self-employed and a member of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by: his wife, Tasha Bass Ellis of Picayune; son, Jonathan Ellis of Picayune; daughter, Tiffany Ellis of Picayune; parents, John Howard Dewitt Daniel of Poplarville and Shirley Penton Martin of Picayune; and one sister, Charlotte Ellis-Grier of Baton Rouge, La.

Arrangements are under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
