Alan Elmer Dickson

Alan Elmer Dickson of Roseville, Calif., passed away  peacefully at his home Sunday night. He was 59 years old. Born in Picayune, he was the third son of Marian and Elmer Dickson.

He was employed by Interpress Technologies, Inc., of Sacramento, Calif. for 15 years. Before moving to Roseville, he had resided in Memphis, Tenn.; Greensboro, N.C.; Nashville, Tenn.; and Dallas, Texas. He was an avid golfer, camper and fly fisher who loved his family, his work and his country. All who knew him admired his wide-ranging intelligence, his basic decency, and the precision he exhibited in everything he undertook.

Alan is survived by: his wife, Judy and daughter, Alana. His mother, Marian, also survives him, as do his brothers, David of Bowling Green, Ky., and Richard of Gainesville, Fla.
