Pascagoula police are seeking the public’s help to solve an 11-year-old killing.

Police Capt. Shannon Broom says the investigation into the death of 47-year-old Kathy Cousins is at a standstill. Broom said that authorities are hoping someone will come forward with information that can help solve the case and bring closure to Cousins’ family and friends.

Broom said Cousins was found strangled on Nov. 17, 1998, in a room she was renting.
