Olive Hettie Lee Crocker

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 28, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church for Olive Hettie Lee Crocker, 94 of Ridgeland, Miss., who passed away Thursday, December 24, 2009 at Hospice Ministries, Ridgeland.

Burial will be in Union Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

The Rev. Wayne Rice and the Rev. Roger Taylor will officiate at the service.

A native of Caesar Community, she was a homemaker and a member of Victory Baptist Church, Madison, Miss. Mrs. Crocker was a former member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Picayune and the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Fred Lee and Beedie Varnado Lee; her husband of 41 years, Clifford Daniel Crocker; sisters, Oretta Lee and Mary Stockstill; and brothers, Coolidge Lee and Audie Lee.

Survivors include: her children, Larry Daniel (Suzy) Crocker of Mather, Calif., Michael Stanley (Lola) Crocker of Jackson, Miss., Audie Joe Crocker of Denver, Colo., Olivia “Libbie” (Pete) Porter of Clinton, Miss., Arliss Luther (Jeanette) Crocker of Keller, Texas, and Elvis Anthony (Janet) Crocker of Watauga, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Maxine Crocker of Caesar Community, Totsie Amacker of The Woodlands, Texas and Yonnie Fletcher of Anniston, Ala.; and her brothers, Nelton Lee of Bassfield, Miss., and Garvis Lee of Derby.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 27, 2009 from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home, and also on Monday, December 28, 2009 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
