Margaret Ola McCall Ladner

Margaret Ola McCall Ladner, 72, of Bay St. Louis, Miss., passed away Monday, December 21, 2009 after a brave battle with cancer. Ms. Ladner was born on February 20, 1937 in New Orleans, La., but had been a long time resident of Bay St. Louis. She was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lakeshore, Miss.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Herman and Mary McCall; and her son, David Treadaway.
She is survived by: four children, Wanda Treadaway, Harry Treadaway, John Ladner and his wife Christine, and Mary Herring and her husband Mark; two brothers, Raymond and Davis McCall. She leaves behind eight grandchildren and is also survived by special nephews and nieces, Raymond, Oscar, and Adrienne McCall.
Ms. Ladner’s family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Woodland Village Nursing Center who took such great care of her during her illness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St., Ann’s Catholic Church, 5858 Lower Bay Road, Bay St. Louis, MS 39520.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, with a prayer service to follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery at Rotten Bayou in Diamondhead, Miss.
