Funeral Services will be held Sunday, December 20, 2009, at 12 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel for Gabriel J. Vincent, 76, of Picayune, who passed away Thursday, December 17, 2009 in Picayune.

Burial will be in Turtleskin Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Father Michael Snyder will officiate at the service.

A native of Gueydan, La., he was an Oil Field Worker and a member of the Catholic faith.

He was preceded in death by: his parents: Dema and Eunice Simon Vincent; his wife:, Inez Vincent; one step-son, Bimbo Carver; and one sister, Alice Legros.

Survivors include: his son, Mitchell J. Vincent of Picayune; his daughter-in-law, Missy Vincent; his step-children: Jr. Carver of Picayune, Linda, Sue Carver, and Bet Carver; 12 Grandchildren; six Great-Grandchildren; two brothers, Adam Vincent of Jennings, La. and Paw Vincent of Lasciannie, La.; and one sister, Eva Hargrave of Abbeyville, La.

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 20, 2009 from 10 a.m. -12 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home.
