Alleged crack dealer scheduled for plea hearing

Court records indicate Detrine Hudson is scheduled for a hearing this month to plead guilty to crack cocaine charges.

Hudson, who court records said goes by the name “True,” was indicted on charges related to more than 50 grams of crack in September.

Hudson pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court on Sept. 24.

The change of plea hearing is scheduled for Jan. 29 in U.S. District Court in Jackson.

A co-defendant, Rodney Moody, had also indicated he would plead guilty, but his attorney filed a motion this week saying they would go to trial.
