Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 11 a.m. in Baker Funeral Home Chapel, 6401 Groom Rd., Baker, La., for Scott Wayne Brown, 42, of Carriere, Miss., who passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009 in Picayune. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Baker.

The rev. Teryl Hebert will officiate at the service.

He was a Carpenter.

He was preceded in death by: a brother, Michael Todd Brown; and grandfathers, Clyde E. Williams and Pete Brown, Jr.

Survivors include: his wife, Linda; parents, Michael W. Brown of Prarieville and Ginger Pryor of Central, La.; two daughters, Magan Leigh Brown and Lindsey Lee Brown of Zachary; two step-children, Dean and Alyxanna of Carriere; two sisters, Sara Allen and husband Danny and Jenna Pryor of Central; grandmothers, Sarah Williams of Central and Ione Brown of Baton Rouge, La.; two brothers; Paul Brown of Madisonville, Ky. and Billy Pryor of Central and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be Friday, October 9, 2009 from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday, October 10, 2009 from 9-11 a.m. at Baker Funeral Home.
