The formal investiture of Mississippi State University president Mark Keenum is scheduled for Friday in Starkville.

Keenum has been Mississippi State’s president since January.

The investiture will be held at noon Friday in the Bettersworth Auditorium of Lee Hall on the Starkville campus. It will be preceded by a breakfast and reception.

Speakers will include the Rev. Dr. Neddie Winters, president of Mission Mississippi; Gov. Haley Barbour; U.S. Sen. Thad Cochran, R-Miss.; and Keenum.
