Firefighters with the Picayune Fire Department visited Picayune’s Early Head Start building as part of their regular inspectionss. The firefighters were looking for fire safety issues and also established the best way for the crew to get access to the school should a fire occur. After the inspection, all the children, who are from birth to three years old, got an up close and personal tour of the fire truck parked outside. At right firefighter Earl Fortenberry gives one lucky child a front seat tour of the truck.
