Carrie E. Robinson, 74, of Picayune, passed away Friday, October 9, 2009 in Highland Community Hospital with her family at her bedside. She was a native of New Orleans, La. and long-time resident of Picayune. Ms. Robinson was a dedicated 25 year employee of Pendleton Memorial Methodist Hospital.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, William C. and Marion Phyllis Warx Robinson; and a sister, Catherine R. Alavarez.

Survivors include: her daughter, Debra Reyes (the late Rick) Souders of Summerville, S.C.; sons, Ronald H. (Darnell) Reyes Jr. of Slidell, La., Jeffrey M. Deal of Picayune; seven grandchildren: Wendy Sasnett, Chris Cusimano, Jana Franscois, Daniel and Eric Reyes, Jeremy and Lauren Deal; five great-grandchildren: Skyler, C.J., Gerald, Jr., Caleb, Brayden; a nephew, Billy; and two nieces, Rhonda and Sandra.

There will be no visitation.

Burial will be at a later date.
